Born in La Gonave, Haiti, and raised in Miami, Florida, Mr. 1804 grew up surrounded by the flavors, traditions, and cultures that would eventually inspire his entrepreneurial journey.

His passion for food came from experiencing the diversity of Miami and staying connected to his Haitian roots. Over the years, he developed a vision to bring different culinary influences together while creating something that was uniquely his own.

In 2023, that vision became 1804 Pizza Bar.

What started as an idea grew into a restaurant built around one simple belief: great food brings people together. 1804 was created to be more than just a place to grab a meal. It’s a space where pizza, authentic Haitian cuisine, cocktails, music, culture, and community come together under one roof.

The name 1804 pays homage to Haiti’s historic independence and represents a spirit of freedom, resilience, pride, and originality—values that continue to shape the brand today.
